MangoJob- Recruitment Platform | Jobs & Hiring App is seeking a Recruitment Supervisor for our on-site Pasig office. You will supervise recruiters, ensure hiring targets, and maintain service standards across sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of recruitment experience including leadership, strong coaching, and hiring analytics skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years recruitment experience, including supervisory or team leadership responsibility.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, coaching, and hiring analytics skills.
• Able to manage high-volume and specialized recruitment requirements.
• Good stakeholder and candidate communication.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review sourcing, screening, endorsement, interview, and offer performance.
• Coach recruiters and address quality or productivity gaps.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Recruitment Supervisor will supervise recruiters and ensure hiring targets, candidate quality, and recruitment service standards are achieved. This position requires proven experience guiding employees, coordinating daily work, and maintaining team performance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of recruitment experience, including supervisory or team leadership responsibility.
• Previous recruitment team leadership or supervisory experience is required.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, coaching, and hiring analytics skills.
• Able to manage high-volume and specialized recruitment requirements.
• Good stakeholder and candidate communication.
