Job summary

Jiayou Forwarding Postal Services OPC in Makati on-site is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to source and screen candidates, schedule interviews, and manage job postings. You will help build a strong talent pipeline and ensure hiring targets are met.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, conduct background checks as needed, and assist with offers and onboarding. A HR-related degree and at least 1 year of recruitment experience are preferred, with proficiency in MS Office and recruitment

• Ensure recruitment targets and timelines are achieved.
• Provide regular recruitment reports and updates to management.
