Job summary

COUNTERPART RESOURCE MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE is seeking a Recruitment Staff to support manning requirements. You will source candidates, screen, coordinate interviews, and maintain recruitment records while assisting in field activities in Tacloban, Philippines.

You will engage in posting vacancies, reviewing resumes, and endorsing qualified applicants to management, with opportunities for those with recruitment experience or fresh graduates to apply.

Qualifications

• Senior High School graduate or higher preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified applicants through online platforms, social media, referrals, PESO, and field recruitment.
• Create and post job vacancies on recruitment platforms.
• Review and screen resumes and applications.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates against qualifications.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate recruitment updates.
• Assist applicants with document submission and tracking of records.
• Maintain accurate applicant databases and endorse candidates for evaluation.
• Support field recruitment activities and job fairs.

About the role

The Recruitment Staff is responsible for assisting in the recruitment and selection of qualified applicants for the company's manpower requirements. The position involves sourcing applicants, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment records, and assisting in field recruitment activities.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified applicants through online platforms, social media, referrals, PESO, and field recruitment.
• Create and post job vacancies on appropriate recruitment platforms.
• Review and screen applicants' resumes and application forms.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess applicants based on job qualifications.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with applicants regarding recruitment updates.
• Assist applicants with the completion and submission of required documents.
• Maintain accurate and updated applicant records and recruitment databases.
• Endorse qualified applicants to the appropriate personnel or management for further evaluation.
• Assist in recruitment activities, job fairs, barangay recruitment, and other fieldwork activities.
• Monitor the status of applicants throughout the recruitment process.

About you

• At least Senior High School graduate; college graduate is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate, particularly in MS Office applications.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Can work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and recruitment activities.
• Previous experience in recruitment or HR is an advantage but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
