Job summary

DELICE FOOD INC. in Metro Manila is seeking a skilled recruiter to drive end-to-end talent acquisition across functions. You will develop job descriptions, screen resumes, conduct interviews, coordinate scheduling, and manage references and background checks.

You will also provide regular recruitment progress updates and participate in job fairs and industry events to attract strong candidates, leveraging social media and sourcing tools.
