REED ELSEVIER SHARED SERVICES (PHILIPPINES) INC. is seeking an Talent Acquisition Specialist I to manage end-to-end recruitment, partnering with hiring managers to meet staffing goals and SLAs.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist I is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities to attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent. This role partners with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and drive timely hiring outcomes. The analyst oversees the full recruitment lifecycle, ensures an excellent candidate experience, maintains recruitment data and compliance requirements, and supports workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives while consistently meeting established service level agreements (SLAs).
Manage a wide variety of requisitions across multiple functions and levels
Execute end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing to pre-onboarding
Facilitate talent calibration and hiring discussions with stakeholders
Maintain up-to-date information on all hiring and candidate trackers for accurate tracking and reporting
Manage applicant queue to ensure that candidate waiting time is within required TAT
Manage communications queue to ensure that all inquiries are addressed in a timely manner
Drive completion and compliance of pre-employment requirements
Participate in TA/HR-related projects and execute continuous improvement initiatives
Build and maintain strategic relationship with stakeholders
Present hiring updates, market insights, and recruitment metrics during meetings
Strategize with TA leaders and execute said strategies
Collaborate with TA leadership to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies
Execute market research based on current and expected hiring demands
Promote and strengthen the employer brand to attract top talent
Regularly meet work-from-office frequency requirements
Meet recruitment SLAs and performance targets
Bachelor's degree holder
At least 1 year of end-to-end recruitment experience, experience in corporate recruitment is an advantage
Fresh graduates are welcome
Strong candidate sourcing and talent mapping capabilities using job boards, social media, and professional networks
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR systems, and Microsoft Office applications
High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and compliance
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.

Okay with a temporary contract (12 months initial contract, possibility of extension or absorption depending on performance and availability of full-time role)
