Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Open to Fresh Graduates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networks and referrals.
• Review resumes to assess fit with requirements and culture.
• Conduct initial phone/face-to-face interviews to gauge suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines.
• Support multiple roles and adapt strategies for business needs.
• Help develop and refine job descriptions and recruitment materials.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract talent.
• Follow up with candidates through the hiring process with professional communication.
