Qualifications

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify top talent.
• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to attract diverse candidates.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
