PSG Global Solutions, part of Teleperformance, is seeking a results-driven IT Recruiter to connect top IT professionals with career opportunities. You will drive recruitment initiatives, identify qualified talent, and align hiring strategies with business needs.

This role handles sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, builds talent pipelines, and collaborates with hiring managers. Work setup is hybrid with 3 days onsite in Makati/Quezon City area in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of IT or technical recruitment experience.
• Offshore recruitment experience preferred.
• Familiarity with software developers, IT support, and related roles.
• Experience with sourcing tools and multiple channels.
• Strong candidate assessment and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organization and multi-vacancy management abilities.

Responsabilités

• Manage recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source qualified candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess skills, experience and fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify requirements and priorities.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely candidate communication.
