About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist I - TP MOA (Metropoint Mall) to join our Human Resources & Recruitment team at our Pasay City, Metro Manila location. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in supporting our internal recruitment operations and talent acquisition strategy. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be instrumental in identifying, attracting and screening qualified candidates to fill various positions across the Teleperformance organisation. Your work will directly contribute to building high-performing teams and driving business growth through strategic talent management.

Key responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks and employee referrals
• Review and screen resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet position requirements and company culture fit
• Conduct initial telephone and face-to-face interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience and suitability for open positions
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication and timely feedback
• Maintain detailed records of all recruitment activities, candidate interactions and hiring processes within the applicant tracking system
• Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs, job requirements and recruitment timelines
• Provide recruitment support for various roles and departments, adapting recruitment strategies to meet specific business needs
• Assist in the development and refinement of job descriptions and recruitment materials
• Participate in recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives to enhance Teleperformance's reputation as an employer of choice
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and provide professional communication regarding application status

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Open for Fresh Graduates
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment legislation and equal opportunity principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software platforms
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously whilst maintaining attention to detail
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous process improvement
• Familiarity with social media platforms and online recruitment channels
• Knowledge of the local job market and industry trends in Metro Manila is advantageous
