Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a recruitment professional to manage full-cycle recruitment for contract and temporary placements in the Philippines. You will source, interview, assess, shortlist candidates, and confirm offers, while aligning with client needs and delivering a positive experience for both clients and candidates.

You will coordinate onboarding and HR matters for deployed staff and collaborate with your team to meet goals, supported by a structure that emphasizes learning and career development.

Qualifications

• A Diploma or Degree in any discipline; qualifications in HR or Business are an advantage.
• An interest in people, recruitment, and HR consulting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process for contract and temporary placements, from sourcing candidates to confirming offers.
• Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and recommend suitable staffing solutions.
• Source, interview, assess, and shortlist candidates through job platforms, referrals, and professional networks.
• Coordinate onboarding, contract administration, and HR matters for deployed staff.
• Work with your team to meet individual and shared goals while delivering a positive experience for clients and candidates.
