Teleperformance is seeking a Sourcing Specialist (Project Based) to join our TP McKinley location in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This full-time role supports recruitment operations on a project basis, identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent across client accounts.

You will source through job boards, social platforms, and direct outreach, screen candidates, and build a robust pipeline for ongoing projects. Strong ATS and MS Office skills, plus effective communication, are essential.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome; willing to work overtime and weekends.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing channels and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interviewing skills.
• Familiarity with ATS and MS Office applications desired.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates via job boards, social media, networks, and direct outreach.
• Review resumes and applications for fit and qualifications.
• Conduct screening calls and interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a pipeline for current and future projects.
• Maintain ATS records and provide recruitment progress updates.
• Collaborate with team and hiring managers on role requirements.
• Perform market research to identify talent pools and trends.
• Support development of sourcing strategies for assigned projects.
• Report pipeline status and recruitment metrics regularly.
