The ideal candidate has proven recruitment experience, strong knowledge of processes and legislation relevant to the Philippine market, excellent communication, and proficiency with ATS and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Proven recruitment experience and ability to build candidate pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and employment legislation (PH).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and candidates.
• Experience using ATS and recruitment software.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates through multiple channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess fit.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from opening to placement.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and provide prep guidance.
• Develop relationships with clients to understand hiring needs and culture.
• Conduct reference checks and background verification.
• Provide timely feedback to candidates and maintain a positive experience.
• Maintain detailed records in recruitment systems.
• Collaborate with team to share best practices and meet targets.
