VTSA International Inc is seeking an On-site Recruitment Specialist in Pasig to manage the full recruitment cycle and coordinate talent onboarding.

You will develop sourcing strategies, screen candidates, and work with hiring managers to align staffing needs with business goals, while maintaining the ATS and supporting payroll processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 1–3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems.
• Experience in candidate screening and talent management.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to design and conduct training for hiring teams.
