• Strong sourcing experience and pipeline building.
• Comfort with phone screenings and candidate communication.
• Familiarity with ATS and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Support a Talent Partner, primarily on sourcing and pipeline management.
• Handle high-volume recruitment (top priority).
• Conduct phone screenings, including role fit and culture fit.
• Maintain active communication with hiring managers and Talent Partners.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle: opening/closing requisitions, scheduling interviews, sending calendar invites, ATS management, updating candidate status and reports.
• Build and maintain an active talent pool.
