Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in regional or multi-country hiring.
• Experience recruiting for corporate, technology, sales, or analytics roles is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural, and regional environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer management.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment support.
• Identify and engage qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Coordinate with hiring managers, HR partners, and external recruitment agencies.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate records of candidates and hiring activities in recruitment systems.
