The ideal candidate has proven recruitment experience, strong knowledge of processes and legislation relevant to the Philippine market, excellent communication, and proficiency with ATS and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach to build and maintain talent pipelines
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability against client requirements and job specifications
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job opening to candidate placement, ensuring timely progress and effective communication
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, providing necessary preparation and guidance to both parties
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and specific role requirements
• Conduct reference checks and background verification processes to ensure candidate credibility and suitability
• Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process, maintaining professionalism and a positive candidate experience
• Maintain detailed records of candidate information, communications, and placement outcomes in recruitment systems and databases
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices, support colleagues on complex placements, and contribute to team targets and goals
• Stay informed of industry trends, labour market conditions, and competitor activities to enhance recruitment strategies and positioning

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources, preferably within a recruitment agency environment
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, best practices, and employment legislation relevant to the Philippine job market
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse candidates and clients
• Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrated ability to meet recruitment targets and manage multiple positions simultaneously whilst maintaining quality standards
• Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to recruitment challenges
• Excellent interview technique and assessment skills to identify candidate potential and fit for roles
• Customer service orientation with a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional experiences to candidates and clients
• Preferred experience in specific industry sectors or niche recruitment areas
• Preferred knowledge of social media recruitment strategies and digital sourcing techniques
