Scale Up Philippines is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our internal team. The role focuses on communication and interviewing, leading the hiring process, connecting with applicants, and selecting candidates who fit our team needs.

The position involves conducting initial phone screens, structured interviews, and behavioral assessments, while acting as the primary point of contact for all applicants.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of solid experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to run structured interviews.
• Good attention to detail and familiarity with ATSs.

• Organization: Good attention to detail and experience using recruitment software or applicant tracking systems.
