Qualifications

• 2–3 years of solid experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to run structured interviews.
• Good attention to detail and familiarity with ATSs.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens, structured interviews, and behavioral assessments to evaluate candidate skills and fit.
• Communication: Act as the main point of contact for all applicants, providing updates and a professional experience from start to finish.
• Recruitment Management: Handle the complete hiring cycle, from posting openings and sourcing candidates to managing the pipeline and extending offers.
• Team Collaboration: Meet with the hiring manager to review job requirements and discuss candidate evaluations.
