Job summary

AMS is seeking a Team Leader - Recruitment Administration to lead a cross-functional team delivering high-quality administrative services for recruitment. You will support, mentor, and escalate as needed, ensuring targets and SLAs are met while fostering strong client and internal partnerships.

The role requires strong English communication, onboarding experience, and a proactive mindset for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a cross-functional team and delivering coaching.
• Experience managing direct client relationships and evaluating risks/opportunities.
• Experience with onboarding and offer processes.
• Strong business English, written and spoken.
• Experience identifying process improvements.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support administrators to meet targets/SLAs and act as escalation point.
• Provide oversight of administration services and ensure quality and experience.
• Mentor administrators to deliver services and strengthen partnerships.
• Maintain team morale and wellbeing in an inclusive environment.
• Handle induction, performance reviews, and succession planning for the team.
• Ensure regular 1:1s and virtual collaboration sessions are conducted.
