Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Recruitment Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment operations across the organization in a fast-paced environment. You will drive workforce planning alignment, sourcing strategy, and offer management while coordinating onboarding processes.

The ideal candidate has 6–10 years in recruitment, including 2–3 years in a leadership role, with strong stakeholder management and expertise in ATS platforms and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, with 2–3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment in corporate or high-volume environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
• Experience in leading recruitment teams and driving performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment process across assigned business units.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to define hiring needs and role requirements.
• Manage recruitment team performance, productivity, and capability development.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies with high-quality candidates.
• Oversee sourcing strategies in coordination with Sourcing Managers.
• Drive recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost-per-hire).
• Manage offer negotiations, compensation alignment, and candidate closure.
• Ensure strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Develop and implement recruitment policies, standards, and best practices.
• Utilize ATS and recruitment analytics for reporting and decision-making.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Handle critical or executive-level hiring as needed.
