iSupport Worldwide is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support end-to-end recruiting operations for a U.S.-based workforce. The role covers posting jobs, applicant tracking, screening, interview coordination, pre-employment processes, onboarding, I-9 administration, HR documentation, and HRIS data management to ensure a positive candidate and employee experience.

We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support end-to-end recruiting operations, candidate engagement, and onboarding activities for a U.S.-based workforce. This role will manage job postings, applicant tracking, candidate screening, interview coordination, pre-employment processes, onboarding, I-9 administration, HR documentation, and HRIS data management while ensuring a positive candidate and employee experience.
You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
Assist with full-cycle recruiting activities, including posting job openings and managing candidate workflows through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates for hiring manager consideration.
Conduct initial candidate phone screenings and support candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews and maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Support pre-employment requirements, including background checks, drug testing, and physical examinations.
Prepare and process new hire documentation and onboarding paperwork.
Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation programmes.
Assign, monitor, and track required new hire training programmes.
Conduct follow-ups with newly hired employees to support a positive onboarding experience.
Manage I-9 verification and employment eligibility documentation.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within the HRIS.
Support HR reporting, audits, records management, and documentation requests.
Assist managers and employees with routine HR inquiries and administrative support.
Ensure compliance with company policies, employment requirements, and HR procedures.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or HR administration.
Experience supporting a U.S.-based workforce and coordinating high-volume recruitment activities.
Knowledge of onboarding, I-9 administration, pre-employment processing, and recruitment operations.
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and recruitment processes.
Proficiency in LinkedIn, online job posting platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate records.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
