Ideal Ignite is seeking an Assistant Recruiter in the Philippines to support sourcing, outreach, and recruitment coordination. You will help maintain a steady pipeline, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

The Assistant Recruiter provides hands-on execution support for talent sourcing, outreach, and recruitment coordination. The role is output-driven and works closely with the Recruitment Officer to ensure a steady, well-managed pipeline of candidates and a positive candidate experience.
Proactively source candidates using Boolean searches, LinkedIn, various job boards, and social media platforms, and other recruitment platforms, including identifying passive candidates who may not be actively applying.
Build and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified leads for recurring and priority roles.
Conduct strategic, personalized outreach ("warm tap-ins") designed to spark interest and encourage engagement, rather than generic mass messaging.
Ensure filtering of candidates meets the needs of clients for specific and particular roles for easier interview for the rest of the team.
Initiate first-touch communication with identified leads via LinkedIn, email, or phone, introducing the company culture and opportunity.
Secure and schedule initial recruitment appointments or screening calls.
Conduct systematic follow-ups with high priority leads to maintain engagement, ensuring persistence without being intrusive.
Track outreach attempts and responses accurately.
Perform initial resume screening and basic qualification checks based on provided criteria.
Conduct brief initial phone screenings when instructed and required.
Manage and coordinate the Recruitment calendar, ensuring interviews are properly scheduled across interviewers and teams and that candidates receive complete instructions and links.
Assist in onboarding preparation, including document collection and transition of successful candidates to HR.
Maintain timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Provide status updates and feedback as instructed, helping manage candidate expectations and ensure a respectful, human-centered experience.
Act as a right-hand execution support to the Recruitment Officer during active hiring periods.
Assist with urgent or ad-hoc recruitment tasks as needed, including troubleshooting bottlenecks and supporting time-sensitive hiring needs.
Maintain recruiting pipeline, trackers, and reports using designated tools (e.g., Google Sheets, ClickUp, or similar).
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, and Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in high volume and fast-paced environment Recruitment
Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn, and other candidate sourcing platform is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Comfortable communicating and coordinating with candidates and stakeholders.
Proficient in Google WorkSpace
Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is an advantage

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
