Job summary

Private Advertiser in Metro Manila is seeking a focused HR recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate journey. You will source and screen qualified candidates, coordinate interviews and offers, and maintain recruitment records.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, at least 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Familiarity with other HR facets is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Amenable to work in Ortigas, Pasig City from Monday to Friday (48hrs, compressed).
