Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a junior HR Recruiter to support our recruitment efforts in the Philippines. You will coordinate with hiring managers, source applicants, and help craft job descriptions for open roles.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and can start ASAP. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and interns with recruitment exposure are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fresh grads are encouraged to apply; internship recruitment experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate criteria.
• Source applicants through online channels and professional networks.
• Create job descriptions and interview questions reflecting position requirements.
• Compile lists of suitable candidates by reviewing CVs, portfolios, and references.
• Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Assist with recruitment of other agencies/affiliates of the head office.
