Job Title: Recruitment Caller
Monthly Pay: PHP 20,510 - 34,770 per month
Summary:
You speak calmly with candidates and send clear messages about their next step. Your work starts with applications, assigned candidate lists, and searches for people who match the recruiter's requirements. You check interest by phone, ask basic fit questions, and help arrange recruiter interviews. The goal is to connect suitable candidates with recruiters while keeping each person informed. A recruiting team lead provides call guidance, sets priorities, and helps you handle questions. This fully remote role allows you to work from home and support the recruitment process by phone. The role pays a monthly base salary plus bonus opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review applications and assigned lists in an applicant tracking system such as Lever. Plan calls using the recruiter's requirements.
- Find candidates through job boards, professional networks, and existing applicant lists. Build a shortlist for the hiring team using approved criteria.
- Call candidates through a business phone system or dialer such as JustCall. Introduce yourself and explain why you are calling.
- Describe the role using approved notes. Ask about interest, availability, and basic fit, then write clear answers without adding assumptions.
- Explain the next step and keep candidates updated as they move through the process. Use short messages and clear language.
- Book recruiter interviews using a scheduling and calendar tool such as Calendly. Check the selected date and time before confirming.
- Send interview reminders and follow up on requested callbacks. Contact candidates who miss interviews and help arrange another suitable time.
- Answer simple questions from approved information. Pass unfamiliar questions to the recruiting team lead rather than guessing an answer.
- Update each call result and next step. Mark wrong numbers, duplicate entries, and withdrawals while keeping candidate information private.
- Share clear candidate notes, call counts, and booked interviews with recruiters. Work with hiring managers to clarify interview arrangements.
- Meet quality standards through accurate notes, polite calls, correct bookings, prompt follow-up, and steady daily call activity.
Qualifications:
- Professional spoken and written English, because calls are generally with candidates and teams in the United States.
- A computer, a mobile phone, a stable internet connection, and reliable electricity.
- No recruiting experience is required. Related phone, customer service, scheduling, or recruitment support experience is preferred.
- A calm, friendly phone voice and the ability to explain simple steps without rushing candidates.
- Willingness to learn the named applicant tracking, phone, and calendar tools through practice and team guidance.
- Basic understanding of candidate interest, screening questions, shortlists, and the steps leading to a recruiter interview.
- Care with names, call notes, interview dates, and times, including checking details before sharing updates.
- Respect for candidate privacy and care when using approved lists or sharing notes with the recruiting team.
- Ability to listen closely, write short messages, follow a call outline, and ask for help when needed.
- A fully remote work from home setup, with candidate conversations handled through the named phone tools.
- Structured onboarding and guidance on the named tools, with practice on calls, notes, and interview bookings.
- Regular check-ins with the team lead to review questions, discuss call quality, and improve your approach.
- Access to growth opportunities within the team as you build confidence in candidate calls and interview coordination.
