Job Title: Candidate Outreach Agent
Monthly Pay: PHP 20,110 - 34,410 per month
Summary:
You speak with candidates in a friendly, clear way and send short messages that explain their next step. Your work comes from assigned candidate lists and requests to reconnect with people who need follow-up. You check interest, ask basic questions, and arrange conversations with recruiters. Regular contact helps candidates stay informed at each stage and helps recruiters prepare for interviews. A recruiting team lead explains your priorities and supports you with questions beyond the approved notes. This fully remote role allows you to work from home and stay connected with the recruiting team. The role pays a monthly base salary plus bonus opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review assigned candidate lists in an applicant tracking system such as Workable. Plan calls and identify people awaiting updates.
- Call candidates through a business phone system or dialer such as Dialpad. Introduce yourself and explain why you are calling.
- Share the role's main points using approved recruiter notes. Ask whether the candidate remains interested before discussing the next step.
- Ask short questions about availability and basic fit. Listen carefully, check unclear answers, and write useful notes for the recruiter.
- Keep regular contact with candidates at each stage. Return requested calls and reconnect with people who have not completed their next step.
- Book recruiter interviews using a scheduling and calendar tool such as Google Calendar. Check that the chosen time suits both people.
- Send clear reminders and confirm interview arrangements. Help candidates rearrange missed interviews and explain what they should expect next.
- Answer simple questions with approved information. Take questions outside that guidance to the recruiting team lead and share the response.
- Record each call result, candidate response, and next action. Mark wrong numbers, duplicate entries, and withdrawals while protecting candidate privacy.
- Share daily call counts and booked interviews with the recruiting team. Pass clear candidate notes to recruiters before their conversations.
- Meet quality standards through accurate notes, polite calls, quick follow-up, and steady daily call activity. Check bookings before sending confirmations.
Qualifications:
- Professional spoken and written English, because calls are generally with candidates and teams in the United States.
- A computer, a mobile phone, a stable internet connection, and reliable electricity.
- No recruiting experience required. Related phone, customer service, scheduling, or recruitment support experience is preferred.
- A calm, friendly phone manner that helps candidates understand questions and feel comfortable asking for clarification.
- Willingness to learn the named tools for candidate tracking, phone calls, and interview scheduling through guided practice.
- Ability to follow approved role notes and explain the candidate's next step without adding unsupported information.
- Care when entering answers, checking interview dates, and updating candidate stages after each conversation.
- Respect for candidate privacy, with careful handling of call notes and access to candidate information.
- Ability to listen closely, write short follow-up messages, and keep recruiters informed about unanswered candidate questions.
- A fully remote work from home role focused on candidate calls, messages, and interview arrangements.
- Structured onboarding and training on Workable, Dialpad, and Google Calendar, with guidance on using each tool.
- Regular check-ins with the team lead to review questions, call notes, and next steps.
- Growth opportunities within the team as you build candidate outreach and scheduling skills.
