Job Title: Interview Scheduler
Monthly Pay: PHP 20,150 - 33,540 per month
Summary:
Start your day by matching the candidate list with open interview spaces on recruiters' calendars. Applications become assigned calling lists, giving you a clear place to begin. You call candidates, check their interest, and help them choose an interview time. Your goal is to keep interviews organized and make the next step clear for everyone. A recruiting team lead guides your priorities and helps resolve questions about bookings. In this fully remote position, you work from home and support candidates mainly by phone. The role pays a monthly base salary plus bonus opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Begin by reviewing assigned candidates in an applicant tracking system such as Lever, a system that stores application details. Compare the list with recruiters' open interview spaces.
- Plan which candidates to contact first, using the recruiting team lead's priorities. Check existing notes before making calls to avoid repeated contact.
- Call candidates through a business phone system or dialer such as Aircall, a tool for making calls. Introduce yourself and explain why you are calling.
- Ask brief questions about interest and interview availability. Write clear answers so recruiters can understand each candidate's needs before the interview.
- Present two or three interview options using a scheduling and calendar tool such as Calendly. Book the candidate's chosen option without creating calendar clashes.
- Read back the interview date, time, and joining details before ending the call. Explain the next step using approved information.
- Send short interview reminders and check that candidates understand the arrangements. Call again to reschedule when a candidate or recruiter cannot attend.
- Update each call result and booking in the applicant tracking system. Mark wrong numbers, duplicate entries, and withdrawals while keeping candidate information private.
- Share booked interviews, useful candidate notes, and daily booking counts with recruiters. Send questions outside your approved guidance to the recruiting team lead.
- Check your work before finishing the day's list. Quality means accurate bookings, polite calls, complete notes, and quick follow-up on changes.
Qualifications:
- Professional spoken and written English, because calls are generally with candidates and teams in the United States.
- A computer, a mobile phone, a stable internet connection, and reliable electricity.
- No recruiting experience is required. Related phone support, customer service, scheduling, or administrative experience is preferred.
- A calm, friendly phone voice and the ability to explain interview arrangements in simple steps.
- Willingness to learn the named applicant tracking, calling, and calendar tools through guided practice.
- Care when entering candidate notes, comparing calendar spaces, and checking interview dates and times.
- Basic understanding of how candidates move from an application to a recruiter interview, with training provided.
- Respect for candidate privacy and willingness to follow the team's instructions for handling candidate information.
- Ability to listen closely, confirm understanding, and pass unclear questions to the recruiting team lead.
- A fully remote role where you work from home and help candidates through clear phone conversations.
- Structured onboarding and training on the named applicant tracking, phone, and scheduling tools, with guided practice.
- Regular check-ins with the team lead to review questions, discuss call feedback, and improve booking accuracy.
- Access to growth opportunities within the team as you build scheduling knowledge and strengthen candidate support skills.
