Job Title
Candidate Coordinator
Monthly Pay
PHP 20,750 - 34,800 per month
Summary
You will learn an applicant tracking system such as Workable to organize candidate lists, task lists, and interview notes. Assigned candidate lists and recruiter requests guide which calls and calendar updates you handle next. You call candidates to confirm interview details, explain next steps, and help rearrange missed meetings. Your goal is to give candidates clear updates while keeping recruiters' calendars and candidate notes accurate. A recruiting team lead helps you order tasks, understand instructions, and handle questions needing further guidance. This fully remote role allows you to work from home while coordinating interviews mainly by phone. The role pays a monthly base salary plus bonus opportunities.
Job Responsibilities
- Review open interview spaces alongside assigned candidate lists and tasks. Identify bookings, reminders, and updates that need attention before contacting candidates.
- Arrange recruiter interviews using a scheduling and calendar tool such as Google Calendar. Confirm the agreed date and time with each candidate.
- Prepare clear candidate lists for recruiters. Check that interview status and previous call notes match the next planned step for each person.
- Call candidates through a business phone system or dialer such as Dialpad. Introduce yourself and explain why you are calling before asking questions.
- Confirm interview arrangements, clarify missing interview information, and send reminders. Contact candidates after missed interviews and help them choose another available time.
- Update candidate notes after every call or task. Record the result, any agreed action, and what the recruiter needs to know next.
- Answer simple process questions using approved guidance. Pass questions outside that guidance to the recruiting team lead and track the response needed.
- Keep candidate lists tidy by marking wrong numbers, repeated entries, and withdrawals. Respect candidate privacy whenever viewing or sharing interview information.
- Prepare short daily summaries of calls, bookings, and missed interviews. Flag calendar clashes or incomplete tasks so recruiters can plan their next steps.
- Meet quality standards through accurate notes, correct bookings, polite calls, and quick follow-up. Review your updates before passing them to recruiters.
