Job Title: Interview Setter
Monthly Pay: PHP 20,160 - 33,450 per month
Summary:
Begin your day by reviewing interview requests and finding suitable openings in recruiters' calendars. Assigned candidate lists show you whom to call and which bookings need attention. You check interest, discuss available interview times, and explain the next step in plain words. Your goal is to turn scheduling requests into clear, confirmed bookings with useful notes for recruiters. A recruiting team lead reviews your priorities and helps you resolve questions outside the approved guidance. The position is fully remote, with phone calls central to how you work from home. The role pays a monthly base salary plus bonus opportunities.
Job Responsibilities
- Start with assigned candidate lists in an applicant tracking system such as Lever, which stores applications, call notes, and booking updates.
- Compare recruiter openings using a scheduling and calendar tool such as Calendly, which helps arrange interviews and prevent overlapping bookings.
- Call candidates through a business phone system or dialer such as Aircall, which supports candidate calls. Introduce yourself and explain your purpose.
- Ask brief questions about interest and interview availability. Listen carefully, write clear answers, and use the recruiter's approved guidance.
- Present two or three available interview times. Book the candidate's choice and confirm the date, time, and agreed interview details.
- Explain the next step before ending each call. Answer simple questions from approved notes and send other questions to the team lead.
- Send short interview reminders after checking the booking. Make sure each reminder matches the calendar and gives a clear next step.
- Call again when someone misses an interview or cannot attend. Arrange another suitable time and update the recruiter about changes.
- Record every call and booking, then mark incorrect numbers, duplicate entries, and withdrawals. Keep candidate information private and notes easy to follow.
- Share booked interviews and daily booking counts with recruiters. Pass along useful candidate notes so recruiters can prepare for each conversation.
- Check your work before finishing. Quality means accurate bookings, polite calls, complete notes, and quick follow-up on missed interviews or unanswered questions.
Qualifications
- Professional spoken and written English, because calls are generally with candidates and teams in the United States.
- A computer, a mobile phone, a stable internet connection, and reliable electricity.
- No recruiting experience required. Related phone support, customer service, scheduling, or administrative experience is preferred.
- A calm, friendly phone voice and the ability to explain interview steps without rushing the candidate.
- Willingness to learn the named applicant tracking, phone, and scheduling tools through guided practice and feedback.
- Basic understanding of interview scheduling, including checking calendar openings, confirming bookings, and handling changes carefully.
- Ability to write short, clear call notes that help recruiters understand what happened and what comes next.
- Care when checking names, interview dates, and calendar entries, with respect for candidate privacy throughout each task.
- Readiness to follow approved instructions, ask for help when needed, and apply feedback to later calls.
- A fully remote role where you work from home and support candidates mainly by phone.
- Structured onboarding and training on Lever, Aircall, and Calendly, with guided practice for common tasks.
- Regular check-ins with the team lead to review questions, call notes, and booking accuracy.
- Team growth opportunities as you develop stronger scheduling skills and learn more recruitment support tasks.
