Job Description
The Talent Resourcer is responsible for proactively identifying and engaging high-quality active and passive candidates for allied health, nursing and corporate roles. The role has a strong focus on headhunting, candidate relationship management and maintaining engaged talent pipelines from first contact through to interview and outcome. Working closely with the People & Culture team and hiring managers, the Talent Resourcer ensures candidates receive consistent communication, accurate information and a professionalexperience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in candidate resourcing, headhunting, talent sourcing, agency recruitment, executive search, outbound sales, or a similar proactive candidate-engagement role.
- Confident approaching and building rapport with passive candidates via phone, LinkedIn, and written communication.
- Strong candidate-management skills, including follow-up, expectation management, relationship building, and maintaining candidate engagement.
- Practical experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK Talent Search, Boolean search techniques, JobAdder, or comparable sourcing/ATS tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in creating personalised and persuasive candidate outreach.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage accurate candidate records and multiple talent pipelines.
- Good organisational and time-management skills, particularly when managing high-volume outreach and follow-ups.
- Proactive, resilient, and results-focused, with confidence working against activity and pipeline targets.
- Experience sourcing allied health, nursing, healthcare, or other hard-to-fill professionals is highly desirable.
Key Performance Expectations
- 100 candidate contacts per day, including resumes downloaded from SEEK, LinkedIn InMails, or JobAdder messages.
- 10 candidate phone screens/discussions per day.
- 5 interviews booked per week.
- 1 placement per week.
- Applicants to be actioned in JobAdder within one week of applying
