The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for non-technical or roles. This role requires a strategic and proactive approach to sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Sourcing
- Source and attract candidates using a variety of channels including job boards, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
2. End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.
- Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate onboarding processes.
3. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and pipeline status.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers on talent acquisition best practices and market trends.
4. Recruitment Analytics & Reporting
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Prepare recruitment reports, track key metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline health, etc.).
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
5. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Promote the company's employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Participate in career fairs, webinars, and other talent attraction events.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends, tools, and best practices.
- Suggest and implement improvements to recruitment processes and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (2-5 years preferred).
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR software, and sourcing tools.
- Strong interviewing, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
