Qualifications

• Min 3 years in recruitment with leadership experience.
• Experience managing 8-10 recruiters.
• Proven full-cycle recruitment in an RPO environment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent client and candidate communication.
• Proficient in multi-channel sourcing and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of 8-10 recruiters, provide performance feedback and coaching.
• Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies with clients.
• Source candidates via job boards, networking, and social media.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, schedule interviews.
• Coordinate interview processes and video interviews.
• Track metrics and report progress to clients; ensure compliance.
