Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Recruitment Manager in the Philippines to lead client relationship management and end-to-end recruitment strategy execution. You will oversee a large recruiting team, shape sourcing plans, and ensure high-quality hires across industries.

Qualifications

• Min of 4 years’ experience in Recruitment with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Experience handling more than 60 recruiters.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment across various industries and roles.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Deep understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, understanding their hiring needs, goals, and business priorities to align recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Design and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies, including sourcing channels, candidate screening criteria, and interview processes.
• Manage and motivate a team of recruiters, assigning roles, providing coaching, and ensuring performance goals are met.
• Actively source and attract top talent through various channels like job boards, networking, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, phone screens, and video.
• Track key recruitment metrics like fill rate, time-to-fill, and candidate quality to identify areas for improvement and provide regular reports to clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, talent market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform recruitment strategies.
• Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to legal and ethical standards.
