Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in full-cycle recruitment, with 1–2 years leading or supervising a team.
• Advanced proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Expert understanding of local labor laws, equal employment opportunity principles, and data privacy rules.

Responsibilities

• Strategy Planning: Partner with department leaders to forecast staffing needs.
• Sourcing Management: Design omni-channel talent attraction strategies across job boards, social channels, and agencies.
• Interview: Conduct initial interview and endorsement to the department/hiring manager depending on the role needed.
• Pre-Onboarding Setup: Ensure seamless handoffs to the onboarding team by auditing background checks and contracts.
