• Hands-on experience using Indeed for candidate sourcing and engagement.
• Confident phone screening skills with a professional, friendly tone.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage many candidates at once.
• Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
• Focused, rigorous, and effective when left to run with the work.
• Strong communication skills and responsiveness.

Responsibilities

• Engage qualified applicants through Indeed and an AI-assisted candidate engagement platform.
• Run initial phone and message screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and fit.
• Proactively source passive candidates from job boards to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Book qualified candidates straight onto hiring managers' calendars.
• Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, from first contact through offer or rejection.
• Keep candidate records, notes, and statuses accurate at all times.
• Give hiring managers regular updates on pipeline progress and candidate quality.
• Follow up promptly with candidates to keep the hiring process moving and avoid drop-off.
