You will manage job postings, qualify candidates, and build outreach for talent acquisition and lead generation. In this virtual assistant role, you will maintain recruitment pipelines, craft communications, and engage on LinkedIn, Indeed, and Facebook while coordinating with the hiring lead.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Write, proofread, publish job posts on Indeed, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

• Create and send applicant communications: application received emails, rejection emails, and status notifications.
• Build outreach templates for social media, email, and call scripts.
• Maintain and warm up the LinkedIn account through engagement, content creation, and data analytics.
• Monitor industry trends, news, and competitors to inform sourcing and messaging.
• Conduct circle prospecting to identify and reach new business leads.
• Make cold calls and send post-call follow-up emails.
• Pass warm leads to the sales lead in real time.
• Collate warm lead emails into a tracking spreadsheet.
• Draft email campaign copy in Google Docs.
• Build and launch campaigns in Instantly.
• Track campaign analytics and report on performance.

Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant to support client businesses in two key areas: sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates, and generating leads through outreach and prospecting. You will manage job postings across multiple platforms, keep recruitment pipelines organized, communicate with applicants, and support sales growth through calling, email, and social outreach.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Sourcing

• Write, proofread, set up, and publish job posts on Indeed, LinkedIn, and Facebook

• Check all recruitment pipelines daily, qualify candidates, and encode their details in the recruitment tracker

• Send qualified candidate details to the hiring lead or client for review

• Create and send applicant communications: application received emails, rejection emails, and status notifications (generic and personalized)

• Build outreach templates for social media, email, and call scripts

2. Employer Branding & Market Research

• Maintain and warm up the LinkedIn account through engagement, content creation, and data analytics

• Monitor industry trends, news, and competitors (for example, CNC industry) to inform sourcing and messaging

3. Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Conduct circle prospecting to identify and reach new business leads

• Make cold calls and send post-call follow-up emails

Qualifications

• Comfortable communicating with US clients and candidates
