• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
• Hands-on experience using Indeed for candidate sourcing and engagement.
• Confident phone screening with a professional, friendly tone.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to pick up new systems quickly.
• Level-headed and productive when working remotely.
• Strong communication and responsiveness.

Responsibilities

• Engage qualified applicants through Indeed and an AI-assisted platform.
• Run initial phone and message screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and fit.
• Proactively source passive candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Schedule qualified candidates on hiring managers' calendars.
• Serve as main contact for candidates through offer or rejection.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and statuses at all times.
• Provide regular updates on pipeline progress and candidate quality.
• Follow up promptly to keep the hiring process moving.
