Job summary

Tavor Perry is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to engage inbound applicants, screen by phone and message, and guide each candidate from first contact through offer or rejection. You will build a strong talent pipeline and ensure an excellent candidate experience across all stages of the process.

The role requires hands-on sourcing, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
• Hands-on experience using Indeed for candidate sourcing and engagement.
• Confident phone screening skills with a professional, friendly tone.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage many candidates at once.
• Ability to pick up new systems and tools quickly.
• Resolute, accurate, and productive when left to manage your own day.
• Strong communication skills and responsiveness.

Responsibilities

• Engage qualified applicants through Indeed and an AI-assisted candidate engagement platform
• Run initial phone and message screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and fit
• Proactively source passive candidates from job boards to build a strong talent pipeline
• Schedule qualified candidates directly on hiring managers' calendars
• Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, from first contact through offer or rejection
• Keep candidate records, notes, and statuses accurate at all times
• Give hiring managers regular updates on pipeline progress and candidate quality
• Follow up promptly with candidates to keep the hiring process moving and prevent drop-off

• Boolean search or advanced sourcing skills on job boards
• Quick to switch between several open roles and deliver on every one
