Job summary

Strategic Staffing Solutions in Makati is seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting to offer, across multiple channels.

You will partner with hiring managers, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain ATS records, while building a strong candidate pipeline and delivering a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from posting to offer coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
• Source qualified candidates via job boards, social media, networks, referrals, and other channels.
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone or video screenings.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Provide candidates with timely updates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with offers, background checks, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding coordination.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates to management.
• Stay informed about recruiting trends, talent availability, and sourcing strategies.
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives to attract high-quality talent.
• Adhere to leadership instructions and attend meetings; handle ad hoc tasks as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and candidate profiles.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and other channels.
• Review resumes and applications and conduct initial phone or video screenings.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Provide candidates with timely updates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with employment offers, background checks, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding coordination as needed.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates to management.
• Stay informed about recruiting trends, talent availability, and effective sourcing strategies.
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives to attract high-quality talent.
• Adhere to leadership instructions as well as attend on meetings and sync up.
• Other Ad Hoc Tasks provided by Lead/Director.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or a related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable using applicant tracking systems, job boards, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and recruitment platforms.

• Knowledge of sourcing techniques and Boolean search.
• Experience with LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms.
