Qualifications

• 2 years proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with job portals and applicant tracking systems (LinkedIn, Indeed, Jora).

Responsibilities

• Post job openings on job boards, social media, and company platforms.
• Source candidates through databases, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Review resumes and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Maintain recruitment records and applicant tracking systems.
• Work closely with department managers to understand hiring needs.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
• Assist in preparing job offers and employment contracts.
• Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees.
