You will connect with off-market property owners, with a focus on vacant land, and generate motivated seller leads. Working from skip-traced lists with a multi-line power dialer, you will hold confident, natural conversations that uncover seller motivation and turn interest into qualified opportunities. Solid wholesaling phone sales experience, excellent spoken English, and a strong command of real estate terminology and objection handling make for the ideal candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Place high-volume outbound calls to off-market land and property owners using the skip-traced lists provided by the team
• Use the Mojo triple-line dialer efficiently to get the most contacts out of each calling session
• Find motivated sellers and qualify leads by collecting details on the property, the owner's motivation, timeline, and price expectations
• Work through objections and rebuttals with confidence while keeping conversations professional and natural
• Use real estate and wholesaling terminology accurately to earn credibility with property owners
• Record call outcomes, notes, and lead details accurately after every call
