Job summary

vamasters, Inc. is seeking an experienced Cold Calling Specialist to reach out to off-market landowners and generate motivated seller leads for our real estate wholesaling operations.

You’ll work from skip-traced lists on a multi-line power dialer, maintaining confident conversations to uncover motivation and convert interest into opportunities. Ideal candidates have solid wholesaling phone sales experience, excellent spoken English, and strong knowledge of real estate terminology and objections

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of cold calling or phone sales in real estate wholesaling.
• Experience with Mojo dialer including triple-line dialing.
• Excellent spoken English with clear phone presence.
• Proven objection handling and rebuttal skills.
• Solid knowledge of real estate and wholesaling terminology.
• Consistent track record of meeting call and lead KPIs.
• Dependable, thorough, and self-managing.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to off-market land and property owners from skip-traced lists provided by the team.
• Run the Mojo triple-line dialer efficiently to maximize contacts per session.
• Spot motivated sellers and qualify leads by gathering property details, owner motivation, timeline, and price expectations.
• Handle objections and rebuttals confidently while maintaining professionalism and natural conversation.
• Use real estate and wholesaling terminology to build credibility with property owners.
• Record call outcomes, notes, and lead details after every call.
• Pass qualified leads to the team quickly for follow-up.
• Meet agreed targets for calls, contacts, and qualified leads consistently.

You’ll work from skip-traced lists on a multi-line power dialer, holding confident, natural conversations that uncover seller motivation and turn interest into qualified opportunities. This could be your role if you have solid wholesaling phone sales experience, excellent spoken English, and a strong command of real estate terminology and objection handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make high-volume outbound calls to off-market land and property owners from skip-traced lists the team provides


• Run the Mojo triple-line dialer efficiently to get the most contacts out of every calling session


• Spot motivated sellers and qualify leads by gathering details on the property, the owner’s motivation, timeline, and price expectations


• Handle objections and rebuttals confidently while keeping conversations professional and natural


• Use real estate and wholesaling terminology correctly to build credibility with property owners


• Record call outcomes, notes, and lead details accurately after every call


• Pass qualified leads to the team quickly for follow-up


• Meet agreed targets for calls, contacts, and qualified leads consistently

Mandatory Skills:

• At least 1 year of cold calling or phone sales experience in real estate wholesaling


• Hands-on experience with the Mojo dialer, including triple-line dialing


• Excellent spoken English and a clear, confident phone presence


• Proven objection handling and rebuttal skills


• Solid working knowledge of real estate and wholesaling terminology


• A consistent track record of meeting call and lead KPIs


• Dependable, thorough, and self-managing
