vamasters, Inc. is seeking an experienced Cold Calling Specialist to reach off-market landowners and generate motivated seller leads for our real estate wholesaling operation in the Philippines.

You will work from skip-traced lists and a multi-line power dialer, holding confident conversations to uncover seller motivation. Ideal candidates have solid wholesaling phone sales experience, excellent spoken English, and strong knowledge of real estate terminology and objection handling.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of cold calling or phone sales experience in real estate wholesaling.
• Hands-on experience with the Mojo dialer, including triple-line dialing.
• Excellent spoken English and a clear, confident phone presence.
• Proven objection handling and rebuttal skills.
• Solid working knowledge of real estate and wholesaling terminology.
• A consistent track record of meeting call and lead KPIs.
• Diligent, well-prepared, and self-sufficient.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Make high-volume outbound calls to off-market land and property owners from skip-traced lists the team provides
• Run the Mojo triple-line dialer efficiently to reach as many contacts as possible each session
• Identify motivated sellers and qualify leads by gathering details on the property, the owner’s motivation, timeline, and price expectations
• Handle objections and rebuttals confidently while keeping conversations professional and natural
• Use real estate and wholesaling terminology accurately to build credibility with property owners
• Record call outcomes, notes, and lead details accurately after every call
• Pass qualified leads to the team quickly for follow-up
• Meet agreed targets for calls, contacts, and qualified leads consistently

Job Summary
