Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Place high-volume outbound calls to off-market land and property owners from skip-traced lists.
• Run the Mojo triple-line dialer efficiently to maximize contacts per session.
• Spot motivated sellers and qualify leads by gathering property and owner motivation details.
• Handle objections and rebuttals while maintaining professionalism.
• Use real estate terminology to build credibility with property owners.
• Log call outcomes, notes, and lead details after every call.
• Pass qualified leads to the team for follow-up.
• Consistently hit targets for calls, contacts, and qualified leads.
