Job summary

Torre Lorenzo Sales and Marketing Corporation is seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead a sales team in Batangas. You will drive property sales performance, develop sales strategies, and ensure targets are met in line with company standards and compliance guidelines.

The role requires leadership, coaching, and hands-on support in closing deals, coordinating with Marketing and Admin, and preparing forecasts for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales, with 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and negotiation abilities.
• Familiarity with Batangas real estate market is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
