HRTx Inc in Quezon City is seeking a driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team and drive revenue. The role focuses on supervising acts, executing sales strategies, managing client relations, and business development.

You will coordinate property presentations, build broker networks, collaborate with marketing on lead generation, and mentor the team while ensuring CRM accuracy and field activity as required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience.
• Experience in real estate sales is preferred.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Familiar with sales funnels, CRM tools, and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Goal-driven and willing to do field work as needed.
