Job summary

HRTX is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and grow our real estate sales operations in Quezon City. You will supervise the sales team, execute strategies, manage client relationships, and drive business development.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and CRM proficiency, with field work as needed and a hands-on approach to achieve targets in an on-site setting. You will collaborate with Marketing on lead generation and coordinate property presentations and events.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales experience
• Experience in real estate sales is preferred
• With at least 1 year of supervisory experience
• Familiar with sales funnels, CRM tools, and digital marketing
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Goal-driven and willing to do field work as needed
