NEW SAN JOSE BUILDERS, INC. in Metro Manila seeks a seasoned Sales Head to lead and grow our real estate sales force. You will set strategy, coach the team, and drive revenue growth through effective planning and negotiation.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in real estate sales management, and the ability to develop targets, scripts, and training programs while ensuring resources are available to the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Licensed Real Estate Broker preferred.
• 15+ years in real estate sales leadership is desirable.
• Proven leadership and expertise in sales management, business planning, marketing, training, and negotiation.
