Job summary

Megaworld Corporation is seeking a proven Real Estate Sales Leader to drive revenue growth and lead a high-performing sales team. You will design strategic plans, mentor sales managers, and deliver compelling presentations to prospective buyers of premium projects.

The role requires a 4+ year track record in Real Estate Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, with credentials such as Accredited Salesperson or a Licensed Real Estate Broker. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field is required or preferred.
• Licensed Real Estate Broker or Accredited salesperson is preferred.
• Proven track record in real estate sales, marketing and customer service.
• 4+ years of experience leading sales teams with coaching duties.
