Job summary

VHermosa Bright Corp. seeks an experienced marketing and sales leader to oversee real estate campaigns, broker networks, and partner channels in a fast-paced market.

This role requires strategic thinking, strong communication, and a track record of hitting targets. You will coordinate in-house teams, drive lead generation, manage CRM systems and digital platforms, and mentor staff to consistently hit sales targets while staying compliant with industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field.
• 5+ years in marketing and sales; 2–3 years in a managerial role; real estate preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
• Experience coordinating brokers, in-house sales teams, and accredited partners to hit targets.
• Strong knowledge of real estate sales, property marketing, lead generation, and CRM.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Proven experience in coordinating and managing real estate brokers, in-house sales teams, and accredited sales partners to achieve sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of real estate sales, property marketing, lead generation, and customer relationship management.
• Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.
• Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Analytical and strategic thinker with the ability to interpret market trends and customer insights.
• Results-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of real estate laws, documentation, and industry regulations is an advantage.
• Willing to travel for client meetings, site visits, and business development activities.
